My passion for gastronomy began in the kitchens of Venezuela and Mexico, helping my dad bring recipes to life from his library of cookbooks. Alongside my wife, Carolina, I’ve explored incredible culinary and wine destinations, from Italy to Mexico’s Valle de Guadalupe. Together, we embrace our multicultural roots, blending curiosity and respect for diverse traditions.
